🗓️ UK sowing season: Spring to early summer; can also sow indoors year-round with warmth.
🌱 Growing guidance: Sow in clean seed compost at a depth of around 2–3 times the seed's diameter. Keep the compost evenly moist but not waterlogged. Give seedlings bright light and good airflow, then harden off gradually before planting outdoors. Mint prefers partial shade and moist soil.
Tip: Grow mint in a pot to prevent it from taking over your garden — it's notoriously invasive!
