What does Quality Seeds sell?
Quality Seeds sells vegetable, herb, flower, and related seeds for home growers in the UK. We also publish Growing Guides and answer growing questions so you are not left guessing after checkout.
How do I buy seeds on this website?
Browse All Products or a category, open a product, choose quantity, and add it to your cart. Open the cart to review items, then continue to checkout to enter your delivery details and pay.
Can I buy more than one type of seed in the same order?
Yes. Add as many products as you like to the cart, then checkout once. Your order confirmation lists everything you bought.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can usually check out as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and reorder more easily later.
Where do you deliver?
We focus on UK delivery. Available shipping methods and costs appear at checkout once you enter a valid UK postcode. See Shipping Policy in the footer for the full policy wording.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the header with the details from your confirmation email. If something looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp from the footer when chat is available.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?
Act quickly. Signed-in customers can manage recent orders from My Account when the order is still cancellable online. If the order has already progressed to shipping, contact us via WhatsApp or the details on your confirmation email.
How do returns work?
Returns and refunds follow our Returns Policy in the footer. Read that page before sending anything back so you know what is covered.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes for approved trade buyers. Use Trade & Wholesale in the header or footer to apply. Once approved, you can sign in for trade pricing and bulk ordering tools.

Is Quality Seeds only a seed shop?
No. Seeds are the start. We also publish practical UK Growing Guides covering sowing, care, and harvest basics, and we help customers with growing questions through WhatsApp when chat is enabled for the store.
Where can I learn how to sow and grow what I bought?
Open Growing Guides from the footer for crop-by-crop UK advice. Many category pages also link to related guides. Guides are written to answer real sowing questions in plain language.
I am new to growing from seed. Where should I start?
Pick a crop you want to grow, read its Growing Guide before you sow, and keep the packet instructions to hand. Start with a guide for a familiar crop such as tomatoes, carrots, basil, or sunflowers if you are unsure.
Can you help if I am stuck after sowing?
Yes. Re-read the relevant Growing Guide first, then use Chat on WhatsApp in the footer when it is available. Tell us which product you bought and what you have already tried so we can help faster.
Are Growing Guides the same as the product description?
No. Product pages describe what you are buying. Growing Guides explain how to sow and care for that type of crop in UK conditions. Use both together.
Do you invent botanical or packet facts in the guides?
No. Guides stick to practical UK growing advice. Where a variety detail still needs checking, we flag it rather than invent germination times, yields, or botanical claims.
